The purpose of Global Outreach Foundation of Missouri is two-fold. The first purpose is to assist indigenous congregations in third-world countries to secure property and/or buildings for community aid centers. The second main purpose is to provide financial assistance to interested people, through partial scholarships, to go to third-world countries to help administer humanitarian aid to indigenous people.
